The girls will create their own succulent container gardens—a hands-on activity that reflects our theme, Bloom Where You Are Planted, while encouraging creativity, growth, and self-expression we will spend intentional time connecting and reminding each girl that even in uncertainty, she can be present, grow, and allow herself to bloom right where she is.

Craft Team Prep Night
Our team will come together to prepare and organize materials for upcoming outreach events, including soil, rocks, containers, paint supplies, and succulents—ensuring each activity is thoughtful, creative, and ready to go.

Each Easter Joy Basket is thoughtfully prepared with treats, essentials, watercolor paint pens, and calming art books with detailed pages—offering a moment of creativity, peace, and encouragement while reminding each girl she is seen and valued.

Each Easter Joy Basket is thoughtfully prepared with treats, essentials, watercolor paint pens, and calming art books with detailed pages—offering a moment of creativity, peace, and encouragement while reminding each girl she is seen and valued.

Zine Book Project

During this activity, the girls will create their own mini “zines”—small, handmade books made from folded paper. This creative project encourages self-expression through drawing, writing, and personal storytelling.

Easter Joy Basket Delivery

Each Easter Joy Basket is thoughtfully prepared with treats, essentials, watercolor paint pens, and calming art books with detailed pages—offering a moment of creativity, peace, and encouragement while reminding each girl she is seen and valued.

Canvas Board Painting (Goth Glue Technique)

The girls will create designs on canvas boards using a custom “goth glue” mixture (clear glue and black paint). Once dried, they will paint over their designs with acrylic paint and paint pens to reveal unique patterns and artwork.

Join us at the The Dancing Crane in Palm Beach Gardens for a night of crafts, food and fun - all in support of our mission here at Hearts of Hope.

For International Women’s Month, we’re hosting a Day of Hope featuring affirmation based canvas tote decorating, personalized bag charms, and creative encouragement. A joyful afternoon to celebrate each girl’s identity, strength, and worth.

Each of our volunteers are required to complete a volunteer training. This is our February opportunity for volunteers to connect, learn our mission and receive training for our Hearts of Hope team.

During our January outreach, the girls will create personal vision boxes - a hands-on, creative space to reflect, dream, and set meaningful goals for the year ahead.

Each girl will:

• Decorate a box that represents her hopes, goals, and things that matter to her

• Place dreams and heart desires inside the box

• Design the outside to reflect goals, growth, and vision for the year ahead

• Enjoy a creative, encouraging environment alongside volunteers

This activity is not about perfection or pressure - it’s about self-expression, reflection, and empowerment, giving the girls a tangible reminder of what they’re working toward and the support surrounding them.
